The story explains my upbringing in South yorkshire and how I to return to my roots in an area of Nottinghamshire designated as "THE BOX". The story reveals how my ancestors lived and worked in "THE BOX" in the capacity of "Sheriffs of Nottingham", Farmers, Landowners, Stockingers, Hosiery Bagmen etc , until I arrived in the 1970's - Thus the "LIFE OF BRIAN" became the introduction for and was integrated within my work of the "ALVEY'S of BURTON JOYCE" - 1600 < present
